Wording on instructions
First-time use of this product. It seems fine so far.
The only issue I had was with your instructions to snap off the top of the applicator cap. I worked on it for several minutes until I took a really good look at the lid and realized it was a twist-off.
Your packaging people need to fix the wording.

My name is Mindy Chambers. I dyed my hair today; it was supposed to be caramel blonde, and it was definitely not caramel blonde.
It turned my hair a bluish gray. I've been doing my hair for close to 20 years and have never had the color this wrong. I'm not sure how you guys got the color this far off. I have pictures of what color it was supposed to be and what color it came out as, but I'm not seeing how to attach them to this message.
So if you could send me a link or something so I can send you these pictures, it's unbelievable how my hair turned out. I'm extremely unhappy!!! And of course, my loving husband so kindly says, 'What happened to your hair?!' Like I wasn't already pissed off and in tears. Thank you, Mindy Chambers.

Hair color
Good evening, I am a long-term customer with your company, I have gotten your hair color many times over the years and I have always had dark colors either brown black or purple it has not been very often that I have gone outside of my comfort zone I have recently started dying my hair back for a little over the past couple of months from growing it out to my natural color!! I have been doing the same dark ultra bold violet coloring!!
This time when I got the same box I got a much different turn out my hair is now a vibrant deep red witch i absolutely hate and is driving me crazy!!!
What can i do to fix this?? I would included pictures but therr is no option for that!!

Some teenagers could have switched the color bottle with another box. My friends and I use to do that. Make sure the box isn't tampered with before buying and carefully check the color bottle.

I used their Nutrisse medium blonde, and not only was it not blonde, my hair is damaged. I lost hair in the shower in clumps.
I don't know how I can fix this disaster. No one should buy this product again.

Product didn’t mix when all ingredients were added stuck inside applicator
I've bought your product for years! The last couple of boxes were old and didn't mix together.
I had to open it and put it on my hand and the ingredients came out uneven on my hair, and got on my skin and dyed it. I'm not buying your products anymore.

Second bottle of Grow Strong conditioner that i bought that lathers up like shampoo; never used to do that; doesnt condition well and certainly doesnt help get tangles out

To whom it may concern
This product did nothing but turn the root & top reddish orange. For the money I paid, this is the worst product.
Please see what you can do. In the meantime, I'll have to figure out what to do.

Garnier Nutriese 100 - Chamomile
Have not heard anything as side from sending my information about product and my address.
It turned the top of my hair red/orange. Now, I have to pay a lot of money to get it fixed.
I would like a total refund in the amount $11.99
Your product is a total rip off.

Hair orange on top
To whom it may concer:
Never received a response. Turned hair red/orange color on top.
Not sure, what to do now. Wasted money on the product. I will never use this stuff again.
I used in previous years, and had no problems.
It would be nice to get some kind of response or a refund. I am extremely disapppointed.

Chemical burn
Hi there,
I used your product and I got a really bad chemical burn from it and its been over a week that I have been suffering from these burns and they havent healed at all, Im going to my doctor tomorrow to try and get something to help me recover from this. I am in a lot of pain and I need something to be done about this.
This shouldnt have happened and Im extremely upset and hurting. So what will you do to make this right? I have attached photos for reference. I will also add that I dont ever get any acne, my skin is always very good.
These started as bumps that then turned into blisters and eventually spread. It is extremely painful.

Alot of hair loss
i used the whole blend honey treasures shampoo & conditioner and loved it..until 2 weeks later . i noticed alot more of my hair falling out and scalp was itching.
the picture attached is what happened last time i used it ! i switched to another shampoo and it stopped- so it was definitely this shampoo
- Makes hair less frizzy n clean
- After 2 weeks had alot of hair loss
Preferred solution: looking for nothing-just to make people aware it doesnt work for everyone

Im very disappointed they have discontinued Whole Blends Color Care with Argan Oil and Cranberry. I will try the shampoo they suggested as a replacement.

I dyed my hair, the new V2 shade, which is supposed to be a purple shade and instead it turned my hair, fire engine red like Ronald McDonald
I contact them to let them know their newest shade that is advertised as a violet turned my hair full of resin fire retardant red. I look absolutely ridiculous now I have to pay to get my hair fixed.
I called them and they gave me a $10 coupon to get a new color, what about the money? Im gonna have to pay to get my hair fixed?
Or at least the money to pay for an oops color fixer? What an absolute embarrassment I will never be going to this company again was with them 10 years and will never be going back.

Vitamin C Anti Dark Spot Brightening Serum. DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX OR WEBSITE.
Unless you want to burn your skin. Both give conflicting information on the frequency of use but both suggest using 1 FULL dropper. DO NOT USE THIS AMOUNT, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND GARNIER WILL NOT LISTEN WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. Their customer service is shocking, trying to tell me I must be confused with another product.
I am looking at the product details, I am not wrong, Garnier! Do not buy it.

Eons ago when I was a pre-teen, me and my friends use to switch out bottles of hair dye. It is possible someone did that, if that bottle was not the one that was supposed to be in box.
