L'Oreal "owns" Hair color
Gave me 2 coupons, olia was alright but no real choices in hair color, just basic 4 colors. Never fixed the gunk non mixing properties!

Efecto buena cara en formato sorbete
Tengo 24 años, soy mujer y mi piel es mixta y algo sensible, sobre todo en la zona T. Busco principalmente más luminosidad e hidratación sin sensación grasa, así que estoy probando la Crema Sorbete de Garnier con Vitamina C (Iluminadora).
Mi rutina de skincare es sencilla: limpio mi rostro mañana y noche, aplico sérum y uso esta crema tanto por la mañana como por la noche.
Por las mañanas me encanta porque prepara muy bien la piel antes del maquillaje.
Desde que la uso he notado la piel más suave, fresca y con mejor aspecto, como más despierta. La textura tipo sorbete es súper ligera, se absorbe rápido y deja un acabado mate pero jugoso.
Además, la sensación de frescor al aplicarla es adictiva y el olor es muy agradable
Sí la recomendaría, especialmente si buscas una crema ligera, hidratante y que aporte luminosidad sin engrasar. Me parece ideal para el día a día.

Hair loss and dry frizzy hair
I have always used nutrisse hair color now its vegan and it has destroyed my hair !!! Im am beyond pissed they shouldnt be allowed to sell this poison .
I dont think my hair will ever be the same, something or some group should get this off the market! Im am so embarrassed Im not leaving my house which is not something I should have to go through!

My name is Mindy Chambers. I dyed my hair today; it was supposed to be caramel blonde, and it was definitely not caramel blonde.
It turned my hair a bluish gray. I've been doing my hair for close to 20 years and have never had the color this wrong. I'm not sure how you guys got the color this far off. I have pictures of what color it was supposed to be and what color it came out as, but I'm not seeing how to attach them to this message.
So if you could send me a link or something so I can send you these pictures, it's unbelievable how my hair turned out. I'm extremely unhappy!!! And of course, my loving husband so kindly says, 'What happened to your hair?!' Like I wasn't already pissed off and in tears. Thank you, Mindy Chambers.

I've been using this product but when I mix everything and try to put it on my hand it comes out the texture of spoiled milk. It has like chunks then part of its runny and then on top of that my hair looks green when I put it on.
But I haven't seen anything harmful and it covers my grey real good. Is this a bad thing?

Good evening, I am a long-term customer with your company, I have gotten your hair color many times over the years and I have always had dark colors either brown black or purple it has not been very often that I have gone outside of my comfort zone I have recently started dying my hair back for a little over the past couple of months from growing it out to my natural color!! I have been doing the same dark ultra bold violet coloring!!
This time when I got the same box I got a much different turn out my hair is now a vibrant deep red witch i absolutely hate and is driving me crazy!!!
What can i do to fix this?? I would included pictures but therr is no option for that!!

Some teenagers could have switched the color bottle with another box. My friends and I use to do that. Make sure the box isn't tampered with before buying and carefully check the color bottle.

Have not heard anything from Garnier. That’s okay because I’m telling everyone about their product .
I used their Nutrisse medium blonde, and not only was it not blonde, my hair is damaged. I lost hair in the shower in clumps.
I don't know how I can fix this disaster. No one should buy this product again.

First-time use of this product. It seems fine so far.
The only issue I had was with your instructions to snap off the top of the applicator cap. I worked on it for several minutes until I took a really good look at the lid and realized it was a twist-off.
Your packaging people need to fix the wording.

Product did not color my hair.
I brought my receipt and Walmart said I needed to call the company about the product. I said the color was in my hair as they wanted the product and this was the second product I bought.
I have spent over $20 so far. I am very disappointed as I have used your product. I bought 93 light golden blonde and it did not color.
I am familiar with coloring hair.

Eons ago when I was a pre-teen, me and my friends use to switch out bottles of hair dye. It is possible someone did that, if that bottle was not the one that was supposed to be in box.
