I called Garnier after having a horrible allergic reaction to their shampoo and conditioner. Customer service made no acknowledgement to any prior issues with these products, though I have viewed many on-line.

Loreal is a huge corporation that should not be allowed to put dangerous products on the market. I still have received no call back or follow up.

I have been on a prescription steroid for a week and my scalp still itches like it is on fire. I think it is best if all users who have had any type of reaction contact the FDA, since this company does not seem to care about its customers.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Ruined my hair, No compensation for damage caused.
